Photo: Raw Alignment Self-Care Challenge Day 3: What makes your soul shine?

For Day 3 of the #RawAlignmentChallenge, we’re focusing on dreaming & what makes our soul shine.

Well, I went thru thousands of photos I’ve taken over the years, and this photo really got to me. My Hawaii friends will probably recognize the scene; it’s the #RedRoad, on the southeastern edge of Hawaii! This photo always reminds me of the magic of the Red Road, and the REMARKABLE, open-hearted people I met during my 1st adventure to Hawaii. (I even wrote a book about it. Stay tuned for adventure 2, coming this year).

Anyway, the affirmation of the day is “If I can dream it, I can do it.”

When we focus on what sets our hearts on fire, we can manifest our dreams a lot faster in my experience. Thanks to Alyse for being a constant reminder of this. 🌺 #selfcarechallenge

Today is Day 2 of the #RawAlignmentChallenge! Today we post our favorite part of our morning routine.

Well, I love food, so it’d have to be the amazing breakfasts I make. 😊 My Vegan breakfast looks like this just about every morning: cooked oatmeal with no sugar, #pecan, #banana, #localhoney, #cinnamon & a few #HawaiianSpirulina tablets for extra power, but the #OrganicBlueberries are a new addition.

I firmly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you didn’t guess already! Eating this gets me started off right, giving me stable energy for hours and hours. (I have other morning practices, too, like listening to Hawaiian music while doing yoga, but this breakfast was too beautiful not to post.)

Today is the 1st day of the #RawAlignmentChallenge!

Although I’ll leave Wisconsin for Hawaii later this year, there are things about it that I love and will miss: the rivers 💧, the white Christmases ⛄️, and the long sunsets 🌅. (On Hawaii they’re about 10 min long, but in the Midwest they can be 45 min or longer depending on the season) Wisconsin isn’t a great match for me long term, but I can still find things to be grateful for. Thanks to Alyse for reminding me of the power of gratitude. #GratitudeIsPowerful
