Well, I love food, so it’d have to be the amazing breakfasts I make. 😊 My Vegan breakfast looks like this just about every morning: cooked oatmeal with no sugar, #pecan, #banana, #localhoney, #cinnamon & a few #HawaiianSpirulina tablets for extra power, but the #OrganicBlueberries are a new addition.
I firmly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you didn’t guess already! Eating this gets me started off right, giving me stable energy for hours and hours. (I have other morning practices, too, like listening to Hawaiian music while doing yoga, but this breakfast was too beautiful not to post.)
