I asked an AI to create a poem about my upcoming Tropical Sci-Fi novel, The Kaleidoscopic Universe — which has an AI in it. It did well, though it missed how creepy the ‘vermin’ are! ↓

In space where shadows twist and creep,
Commander Mira’s watch runs deep. ‍
Asha’s gifts and Zahn’s lost love,
Face threats below and stars above.

An A.I.’s visions guide their quest,
As healing arts are put to test. 🫠
Through dangers dark, they seek to save,
A fragile world from vermin’s grave. 🕷️

The book pushes the boundaries of traditional Sci-Fi, integrating Hawaiian healing techniques, unrequited love, a sentient AI, vipassana, and intergalactic adventure. I’m incredibly excited about it, and I still have openings for beta readers to help refine it before its release next year
