Last week, the world lost a visionary who forever shaped the way we enjoy and create all types of media, from music to movies to newspapers and books.
If you haven’t already heard (though I suspect you’d have to be living under a rock to miss it), Steve Jobs died on Wednesday at the age of 56.
In memory of Steve, I’ve created a special version of the popular “Think Different” commercial because he’s just as deserving of honor as the people featured in the original ad. My version is also special because it features unreleased audio, where Steve Jobs himself narrates the ad.
As a bonus at the end of the video, I’ve included an especially powerful quote from his 2005 Stanford Commencement Speech, words that encapsulate why it is so important to cultivate self-knowledge, have faith, and realize that life is delicate and more precious than we often realize.
On Wednesday, the planet lost a visionary who has changed technology history forever. He will be missed, but his memory and legacy will live on. Steve had a positive impact on the planet, the effects of which will be felt for decades.
What about you? Are you doing work that will still be relevant years from now? If not, why not? Remember, everyone gets 24 hours tomorrow.
What will you do with yours?
A lot of people salute and follow him..

People who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are actually the ones who do!
Steve Job is really a great, incredible and very inspiring person. Thank you for sharing this great tribute video of Steve Jobs- Think Different. He will surely be missed and will always remain in our hearts and thoughts forever.
Beautiful words… Think Different.
This is a great tribute which has an equally great ending! Thank you very much for this brief but important video.
@Laura: Totally agree. Without such “crazy” people world would be kinda sad.
Thanks Dave, Laura, Karylle, Greg, Tony, and Mike for the positive feedback!
I’m very glad you all enjoyed the video. What did you all think about the quote at the end? I included it because that quote really sums up Steve’s philosophy on life in general. Powerful.
