The newest episode of ASCENDANT is the most unusual one yet! And we learned a lot! From dinosaurs to culture, and more!
It’s a group discussion, recorded in May, with some personal-growth-oriented friends about global culture, dialects, #schismogenesis, and even dinosaurs. I don’t expect everyone to agree with the views expressed here, and my questions don’t imply my endorsement of literally anything. But this was a playful conversation between friends, and I look at this episode as a celebration of the ABUNDANCE of cultures that humanity encompasses. We even learn a new curse word in Korean!
This is the first episode recorded entirely with my AudioTechnica mic, my iPhone, and just an adapter between the two, thus why I refer to my mobile podcasting setup in this ep. This setup will return in the coming weeks! #foreshadowing

I have been having what I can only describe as nearly-psychedelic realizations lately, around #innerchildwounds, #selfabandonment (in myself and others), what a #SafeContainer really is, identifying and patching #EnergyLeaks in my heart and field, and the work that I’m here to do.
In the last two days I’ve had more perspective shifts and realizations than in the last year combined. But maybe it was all building up to this.
It’s a bit scary to share all this to the public Internet, but it feels like the right thing to do. And I trust my intuition. Thank you thank you thank you, Reality, for the opportunity to love myself and others more fully.
