Stunning Maui DOUBLE Rainbow @ Hana Bay, Maui, Hawaii video

A couple years ago, I had the pleasure of touring some of the most remarkable places on the island of Maui, and in my spare time I’ve been methodically editing and uploading the video that I shot during that transformative adventure.

Today I share a 56-second video of a stunning DOUBLE rainbow I saw over Hana Bay on the far east side of Maui. Apparently, the kids had never seen the original double rainbow video that went on to get over 40 million views.

But then again, I can’t blame them.

Why look at YouTube when you live in the land of double rainbows?

Breathtaking White Sand Koki Beach @ Hana, Maui, Hawaii video

Two years ago, I had the pleasure of touring some of the most remarkable places on the island of Maui.

And for a while now I’ve been going back, methodically editing and uploading the video I shot, publishing only the best clips. (To keep my sanity, I’m going through these clips in chronological order.) You may recall that the last one was about a mystery at the Maui airport.

Today’s travel clip is a short tour of my #2 favorite beach on Maui: Koki Beach (not to be confused with the Coqui frog, which you’ll hear more about later).

A breathtaking place, complete with a striking Hawaiian flag posted nearby. Enjoy:

Approaching Maui from the Air (& Weird Sounds at OGG Airport) Hawaii video

Today I’m excited to share a sped-up video of my excellent journey from Hilo, HI to Kahului, Maui and the mystery that I found at the end.

In short, flying directly from Hilo to Kahului is a BLAST. And after the short flight, I found this whining terminal on the wall of the airport! What the heck IS this thing? If you know, please tell me in the comments. Thanks!

Freestyling at La Hiki Ola Kava Bar @ Pahoa, Big Island Hawaii video

As I’ve said before, La Hiki Ola is a special place in Puna. In addition to serving delicious native Kava drink, they host an open mic night every Monday, an event that would often surprise me with the amount of talent presented.

And sometimes, people would freestyle. If you’re not familiar, free styling is like rapping without any written lyrics. Everything just flows from you in the moment. It’s kind of like a poetry slam, but you have to match it to the beat of the music. Not an easy task, but the video below is a fun example of it. Enjoy!
