Day 3 of #TheMasterCleanse includes a saltwater bath in the morning. It’s probably not the kind of bath you’re thinking of At this point I’ve drank about 30 ounces of salt water. It shouldn’t take too long to pass through me. The master cleanse book says that the saltwater has the same specific gravity as blood, so the kidneys don’t pick up the water, and the blood can’t pick up the salt.
