Lately
I’ve found time
To meditate upon the bear earth
FRESH rock
As raw and as sharp
As an untamed heart

Frozen lava
Curdled into shapes
Unspeakable and beautiful
And upon it I sit
Its power helps me clear my mind
Or rather, nudges me
To find the POWER within ⚡️
