As the vegan potluck went on, somehow Hawaii came up. They were all excited that I was going back, and the event host brought out this marvelous poster showing all kinds of exotic fruit from Hawaii!

I haven’t had all of these yet, but I certainly remember mamey sapote! Back in the day, the kind folks over at The Locavore Store introduced that (and more) to me.
